Creating welcoming spaces, collaborating with partners, and delivering projects that tackle isolation while celebrating Bristol’s vibrant culture.
Through pop-ups, events and community programmes, Team Canteen combines Team Love’s experience in hospitality and events with a strong social purpose, helping ensure that good food, meaningful moments and community support are accessible to more people across Bristol.
Big Team CIC is a Bristol-based community interest company dedicated to opening doors into the festival, music and creative industries for young people from under-represented backgrounds. Originally established in 2019 by Team Love Productions in response to a lack of diversity in the events sector, Big Team provides work opportunities, placements, mentoring and industry-linked projects that help 18-30-year-olds build real experience and confidence behind the scenes and on the frontline of creative events.
Through collaborations with industry partners and local organisations, Big Team works to make festival culture and creative careers more inclusive, equitable and accessible — ensuring talent from all walks of life has the support and space to thrive.
