Allergen Information

We aim to provide accurate allergen information to help you make safe food choices. UK law requires food businesses to declare the presence of 14 regulated allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, and tree nuts.

Detailed allergen information is available from each food stall before you order. Our staff and food traders can answer your questions about ingredients and allergens.

Please note:

Menus and ingredients may change, so always check allergen information at the time of ordering. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please inform staff before ordering. While food traders take care to avoid cross-contamination, allergens may be present in the preparation environment. Need additional support?
