The Team Canteen

The Team Canteen is a kitchen without hierarchy, bringing great quality, nourishing food at a fair cost to the Forwards audience built on joy, connection, and community.

Founded by Team Canteen and headed up by chef Josh Eggleton the concept is simple: platform chefs who are already nailing it, but aren’t yet set up for festival trading. This year, Yak Shak and Kele- She Cooked She Conquered join Josh and the team, working alongside them across the weekend to bring their food  and their story to a wider audience, in a setting they might not otherwise have access to. In the beautiful tipi you will also find Cibomatto serving up delicious pizettas & donuts for children. Next door you will find the Team Canteen coffee truck serving up hot drinks, iced coffee, matcha, tea & cake. All dietaries will be accomodated : )

We aim to provide accurate allergen information to help you make safe food choices.
